Responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and equipment requirements.
- Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and making referrals to specialists as needed.
- Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels.
- Completing documentation per departmental policies.
- Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required; Master’s preferred.
- Current Occupational Therapist license.
- No prior experience required, but supervision experience is not mandatory.
