Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- 2-5 years of experience; supervision experience not required
- Board certification and licensure in area of expertise
- Preferred: Master’s Degree
Key Duties:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs
- Provide assessments, consultations, and treatments based on clinical guidelines
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Delegate interventions appropriately and participate in staff and program development
