Seeking a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Occupational Therapist to provide rehabilitation services across multiple key locations in Northwest Metro Atlanta.
Responsibilities include
- Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ hand and upper-extremity function
- Revising care plans with patient and family input
- Educating patients and providing discharge instructions and follow-up care
- Collaborating with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment programs
- Documenting evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge plans according to departmental standards
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining patient confidentiality
- Participating in staff meetings, ongoing education, and team activities
Qualifications include a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy, valid OT license, and BLS certification.
