Key Responsibilities:
- Designs and modifies treatment plans based on patient evaluations and progress.

- Coordinates therapy within the broader medical and rehabilitation care plans.
- Prepares documentation including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, physicians, and team members regarding patient needs and progress.
- Establishes rapport and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams.
- Participates in professional development, educational programs, and departmental program development.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active occupational therapy license in the practicing state.
- Preferred 1-3 years of clinical patient care experience.
- Excellent communication, visual acuity, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and adherence to safety standards and regulations.
