Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide acute care services, including coverage for a minimum of two weekend days per month and one holiday annually.
Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patients’ daily activities, mobility, cognition, strength, and coordination; collaborating with physicians to establish and evaluate treatment plans; educating patients and families; documenting care and progress; and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications and skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy; valid OT license; BLS certification; effective communication; customer service orientation; team collaboration; and basic computer skills.
