Occupational Therapist (OT)

Role: Occupational Therapist responsible for providing patient-centered therapy services across various settings including acute care, TCU/LTC, swing bed, pediatrics, and outpatient adult care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
  • Performs evaluations, monitors progress, and adjusts intervention strategies accordingly.
  • Provides direct therapy using diverse functional activities tailored to patient needs.
  • Coordinates care within interdisciplinary teams, communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Documents evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and other reports accurately.
  • Participates in program development, professional growth activities, and supervises clinical interns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Active occupational therapy license in the practice state.
  • Strong knowledge of age-specific patient needs from infants to geriatrics.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions, including visual acuity and effective hearing.
