We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to plan and implement patient-specific treatment programs based on principles of occupational therapy.
Key responsibilities include:
- Performing initial evaluations, designing, and revising treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Applying advanced knowledge of diagnoses across neurological, musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, and pulmonary conditions.
- Interpreting assessments, establishing goals, and delivering coordinated interventions.
- Reassessing patient progress and modifying treatments accordingly.
- Providing patient, family, and caregiver education on diagnoses, progress, and long-term outcomes.
- Documenting assessments, plans, and progress in compliance with policies and clinical standards.
- Participating in team meetings, supervising therapy staff and students, and supporting departmental operations.
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and ensuring safety measures are followed.
Qualifications include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an NBCOT-approved program.
- Licensure from the Board of OT Examiners or OT Compact Commission and BLS certification.
- No prior experience required.
