Occupational Therapy Team Leader
Role and Responsibilities:
Lead the therapy team by assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication.
Provide direct patient care, developing personalized treatment plans to support recovery.
Collaborate with hospital departments and support patient progress and victories.
Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and therapies, fostering a compassionate care environment.
Qualifications and Skills:
Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
Minimum of three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including at least two years of clinical practice.
CPR certification within 30 days of hire; active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or specialized certifications preferred.
