Occupational Therapy Team Leader

Role Overview: Lead and support the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized patient care. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations to manage daily team activities, including scheduling, training, and communication with hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, assessing individual needs to facilitate recovery and celebrate patient progress.

Responsibilities:

Assist in operational management of therapy services

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care

Build strong relationships with patients and team members

Support team training and development

Ensure adherence to treatment protocols and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:

Current state licensure or certification

CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in therapy

At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience

Minimum two years of clinical practice

Professional certifications or therapy ladder eligibility preferred
