Role Overview:
This position involves providing direct patient care in the home environment as a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, evaluate, and develop treatment plans based on physician orders.
- Instruct patients and families in therapy procedures and use of assistive devices.
- Re-evaluate patients regularly and modify treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT).
- Valid Driver’s License and Occupational Therapist licensure.
- No prior experience required.
