Occupational Therapist – Home Health

Role Overview:

Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide direct patient care in home settings, including assessment, evaluation, treatment planning, and instruction according to physician orders. Responsibilities involve

instructing patients and families on treatment procedures,

re-evaluating and adapting treatment plans,

assisting with occupational activities and supportive devices,

and

collaborating with physicians and practitioners to optimize care.

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum requirements include a

bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy,

a valid driver’s license,

and

an occupational therapist license.

No prior experience or supervisor experience is necessary.
