Occupational Therapist – Full-Time

Role: The Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled outpatient therapy services across diverse patient populations, including orthopedic, sports medicine, neurologic, vestibular/balance, and oncology rehabilitation.


Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and appropriate equipment.
  • Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as needed.
  • Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring interventions meet patient needs.
  • Completes documentation per departmental policies.
  • Performs assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy; Master’s preferred.
  • Licensed or registered as an Occupational Therapist.
  • No prior experience required; supervision experience not necessary.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and patient care skills.
