Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform skilled occupational therapy evaluations and treatments, developing individualized plans considering discharge needs and patient goals.
- Educate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making appropriate referrals as needed.
- Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring interventions meet patient needs.
- Complete proper documentation in line with departmental policies.
- Provide assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) credential.
- No prior experience required, but licensure is essential.
