Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services in an acute care setting, focusing on evaluation, treatment planning, and patient education. This role involves collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams, delegating tasks to assistants and students, and ensuring proper documentation. The therapist will assess and reassess patients, making recommendations for referrals and discharge planning. Key responsibilities include establishing treatment plans, delivering interventions, and participating in multidisciplinary care across various units.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Occupational Therapist License required; Master’s Degree preferred
- No prior experience or supervisory experience needed
