Part-Time Occupational Therapist
Provide occupational therapy services to help patients achieve optimal health and functional abilities after illness or injury. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across units to develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that support maximum independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients’ functional needs and determine appropriate therapy goals
- Create and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Deliver therapy to improve daily living skills, mobility, and independence
- Work collaboratively with clinical teams to coordinate care and outcomes
- Adapt interventions based on patient progress and changing needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Current occupational therapist licensure/credentials as required by law
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Empathetic, patient-centered approach
- Ability to collaborate effectively across care units
- Commitment to improving functional outcomes and quality of life
