Occupational Therapist

Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, providing vital rehabilitation services to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries in community-based settings.


Responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating clients and developing effective treatment plans
  • Administering therapy programs and communicating needs to staff
  • Re-evaluating progress, adjusting programs, and managing caseloads
  • Creating home exercise programs and conducting home evaluations
  • Maintaining documentation of services and therapy goals
  • Participating in team meetings, conferences, and program development
  • Collaborating with physicians, families, and community resources to ensure successful therapy outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience
  • Preferred: one year in neuro-rehabilitation
  • Licensed OT/L in the state and member of AOTA
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
  • Effective communication, reliability, compassion, and commitment to quality
