Join our team as an Occupational Therapist, providing vital rehabilitation services to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and complex injuries in community-based settings.
Responsibilities include:
- Evaluating clients and developing effective treatment plans
- Administering therapy programs and communicating needs to staff
- Re-evaluating progress, adjusting programs, and managing caseloads
- Creating home exercise programs and conducting home evaluations
- Maintaining documentation of services and therapy goals
- Participating in team meetings, conferences, and program development
- Collaborating with physicians, families, and community resources to ensure successful therapy outcomes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and one year of human services experience
- Preferred: one year in neuro-rehabilitation
- Licensed OT/L in the state and member of AOTA
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration, and auto insurance
- Effective communication, reliability, compassion, and commitment to quality
