Key responsibilities include:

- Observing, documenting, and tracking patient progress
- Instructing patients and families on exercise techniques and equipment use
- Collaborating with healthcare team members to coordinate care

- Participating in ongoing training to enhance skills
Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Occupational Therapist
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
- Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in a team
- Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility and equipment handling
