Role: Occupational Therapist
Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one occupational therapy services in the community, focusing on improving functional outcomes and promoting autonomy. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, deliver autonomous interventions, and adapt treatment plans as needed. Support patient progress through clinically excellent care and contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment.
Qualifications & Skills: Valid occupational therapy license or eligibility in practice state(s), degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification. Enthusiastic about professional growth and committed to delivering quality care.
