Seeking a licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled therapy services in an acute care setting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
- Educating and collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare team members, including making referrals to specialists when necessary.
- Delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and students based on their skill levels, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for occupational therapy services.
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (Master’s preferred).
- Current Occupational Therapist license.
- No prior experience required.
