Occupational Health Physician – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Physician, MD or DO, to join our fast-paced Occupational Health and Employer Services Centers in Medford, OR.

Provide treatment for work-related injuries, perform employment physicals, and conduct DOT physicals.

Must have prior Occupational Health experience and strong communication skills.

Ability to make independent decisions and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities include delivering quality care in a supportive environment. The role offers full-time employment with competitive salary ($166,400–$260,000/year) and benefits such as health/dental insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.

Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.

Licensure: MD or DO, with relocation assistance if needed.
