Role: Employee Health Registered Nurse
Responsibilities:
- Support the wellbeing and safety of hospital staff through pre-employment and annual health screenings.
- Manage immunizations, lab tests, and track exposures.
- Assess work-related injuries and illnesses, providing first aid and clinical guidance.
- Coordinate follow-up care and return-to-work plans.
- Investigate safety events, identify trends, and promote a safe work environment.
- Educate colleagues on infection prevention, injury reduction, and workplace wellness.
Qualifications & Skills: Nursing registration, clinical proficiency, strong assessment and communication skills, and knowledge of occupational health practices.
