Role Overview:
Provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients by conducting evaluations and developing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and implements treatment plans considering discharge needs and functional status.
- Educates and collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers; makes referrals as needed.
- Delegates tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring appropriate skill levels.
- Completes documentation per departmental policies.
- Performs assessments, re-assessments, and consultations for Occupational Therapy services.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (required), Master’s preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and Occupational Therapist Licensure.
- Ability to support alternate hours, including weekends, for evaluations and patient care.
Additional Details:
