Seeking a full-time OB/GYN Physician to provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to a diverse patient population under supervision.
Essential duties include conducting exams, developing treatment plans, ordering tests, educating patients, and ensuring quality care aligned with evidence-based practices.
Responsibilities also involve team leadership, supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, participating in quality improvement, managing documentation, and fostering effective communication.
Qualifications include a valid California medical license, board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology, DEA registration, and BLS certification. Bilingual skills in Spanish are preferred.
Compensation ranges from $275,000 to $290,000 annually with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development support.
