The OB/GYN position is a full-time, exempt role based at a medical clinic in Bay City, TX, reporting to the CEO.
Licensed, board-certified physician specializing in women’s health, pregnancy, and reproductive care. Responsible for diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and surgical procedures related to female health issues. Provides prenatal, delivery, and postpartum care; monitors maternal and fetal health. Supervises clinical staff, participates in quality improvement, compliance, and community outreach. Coordinates with hospitals, specialists, and community resources; maintains privileges at local hospitals. Ensures adherence to standards, policies, and regulations; leads clinical efficiency initiatives. Requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects. Benefits include malpractice coverage, bonuses, health/life insurance, paid leave, with a salary range of $275,000–$350,000 annually.
