Performs age-appropriate assessments, collaborates with physicians, reviews medical records, and orders diagnostic studies as needed. Maintains effective communication with healthcare teams, patients, and families, respecting cultural and ethical considerations. Delegates tasks, evaluates care effectiveness, and responds efficiently to emergencies. Participates in staff development, quality improvement, and research activities, demonstrating accountability and professionalism. Utilizes technology for documentation and communication, with a strong service-oriented approach.
