Seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor in Weirton, WV to oversee mental health and behavioral health services.
Requires an RN license (or eligibility), supervisory experience, and knowledge of mental illness, behavioral sciences, and medication management.
Responsibilities include supervising nursing services, completing person care certifications, developing care plans, providing staff relief, and ensuring accurate documentation.
Must work independently, assess situations, communicate effectively, and adhere to ethical standards. Prior supervisory experience and strong clinical skills are essential.
