Role Overview:
Manage the delivery of nursing care to a specific patient population, ensuring quality clinical outcomes and optimal resource utilization.

Implement elements of the Nursing Strategic Plan within the department while upholding the organization’s mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of three years clinical experience demonstrating leadership, interpersonal skills, and management ability.
- Current RN license and a Bachelor’s degree (or actively pursuing one if internal transfer).
- Proficiency in computer use and data analysis from information systems.
- Preferred: BSN, Master’s degree, and specialty certifications.
