Certified Nurse Aide (CNA)
Provide daily, personalized care to residents in an upscale senior living environment, ensuring health, wellbeing, and comfort through compassionate service.
Key Duties
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team.
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
- Follow care plans and facility procedures to maintain quality and safety.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nurse Aide).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to resident care.
- Ability to follow instructions, work as part of a healthcare team, and maintain safe practices.
