Weekend RN Supervisor – Lead nursing operations in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
Key Duties
- Supervise and guide weekend nursing staff and support daily clinical workflows.
- Coordinate resident care by reviewing assessments, care plans, and resident needs.
- Oversee medication administration and treatments, ensuring safe and accurate delivery.
- Respond to changes in residents’ conditions and escalate concerns as needed.
- Maintain complete, accurate clinical documentation and uphold regulatory and facility standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Qualifications
- Active Texas RN license.
