We are hiring an experienced APRN in pulmonary care to provide patient-centered services in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings in Orangeville, PA & Millville, PA.
Manage complex respiratory conditions, including COPD, asthma, and respiratory failure.Perform admissions, discharge evaluations, and respiratory assessments.Manage noninvasive ventilation, tracheostomy care, and coordinate weaning plans.Prescribe medications, interpret diagnostics, and monitor treatment responses.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families.Ensure compliance with regulations and participate in quality initiatives.Qualifications include an active APRN license, Master’s degree, 6+ months in long-term care, and strong clinical skills.
