Seeking an experienced APRN in pulmonary care for in-person, part-time work in skilled nursing and long-term rehab settings.
Responsibilities include managing complex respiratory conditions, performing admissions/discharges, evaluating and treating acute and chronic pulmonary issues, managing ventilation and tracheostomy care, prescribing medications, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Qualifications required are active APRN license, NPI, BLS/ACLS, clinical assessment skills, EMR proficiency, and experience with tracheostomy care preferred.
