We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join our mobile team in Charlottesville, Alexandria, or Virginia Beach.
- Provide advanced wound assessment, treatment, and follow-up in various settings, including bedside procedures and patient education.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care and reduce rehospitalizations.
- Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.
- Work autonomously with flexible scheduling, supporting ongoing wound care training.
Qualifications include Virginia licensure, clinical assessment skills, and reliable transportation. Wound care experience is preferred but training is available.
