Nurse Practitioner / Physicians Assistant

Seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Medical Director (MD) with a passion for wound care to join a mobile wound care team in Charlottesville, N. Virginia (Alexandria), or Virginia Beach.

Provide advanced wound assessments, treatments, and follow-up in patients’ homes and care facilities.

Perform bedside procedures such as debridement and dressing changes.

Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient care and education.

Utilize EMR systems for documentation and care planning.

Qualifications include Virginia licensure, wound care experience preferred, strong clinical skills, and reliable transportation.
