The Nurse Practitioner will assist in managing Pulmonary Critical Care Service Line patients, supporting Pulmonologists with admissions, rounds, consults, history and physicals, and discharges.
Requirements include a graduate degree from an accredited nursing or Physician Assistant program, current Tennessee licensure, national certification in a specialty area, and prescriptive authority. Skills such as intubation, line placement, ventilator management, and critical assessment are essential. ACLS and BLS certification are required.
Preferred candidates have 1-3 years of healthcare experience, with critical care background. This full-time role is located at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Pulmonology Unit, working weekdays 8:00am – 5:00pm.
