Seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner in Orangeburg, SC, to join a Post-Acute Care team. This in-person, Monday–Friday role offers clinical autonomy, consistent weekday hours (8:00 AM–4:00 PM), and the opportunity to build meaningful patient relationships while helping reduce unnecessary hospitalizations.
Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with a performance bonus, CME stipend, paid holidays, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Qualifications include an active South Carolina NP license, board certification, strong clinical skills, and a passion for geriatric and preventative care. Prior experience in post-acute or outpatient settings is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply.
