Provide clinical autonomy within a supportive, team-based environment at a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, with performance bonuses, CME stipend, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO.
Qualifications include active SC NP license, board certification, strong clinical judgment, and experience in post-acute or outpatient care preferred.
