Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans.

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies.

Document patient interactions accurately in medical records.

Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed.

Deliver care following accepted standards in an outpatient setting with no hospital call.

Qualifications: Current state license, national certification, DEA license (or ability to obtain), and BLS.
