Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an interventional pain management clinic with multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, and care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer patients as needed

Ensure care aligns with accepted standards
