Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team at multiple locations, including physical therapy, satellite clinics, and a surgery center.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Deliver medical services aligned with accepted standards

Collaborate with team members and refer patients to specialists as needed

Manage patient care and monitor progress in an outpatient setting

Qualifications include current state licensure, national certification, DEA license (or ability to obtain), and BLS certification.
