Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and care plans for patients

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care accurately in medical records

Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

Manage patient care within accepted standards in an outpatient setting

Qualifications include current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.
