Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our interventional pain management team across multiple locations.

Provide comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and develop care plans

Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic studies

Document patient care thoroughly

Deliver medical care according to accepted standards

Collaborate with team members and refer to specialists as needed

Monitor and manage patient progress

Requirements include current state licensure, national certification, DEA license or eligibility, and BLS certification.

We offer a flexible full-time schedule, full benefits, productivity bonuses, CME reimbursement, and an outpatient setting with no hospital call or rounding. The position is based in person in Sutherlin, OR, with a relocation requirement before starting. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000 annually.
