Seeking a full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner in Warwick or South Kingstown, RI, offering a Monday-Friday schedule (8am-4pm) with no weekends, holidays, or call.
- Provide advanced nursing and medical pain management for patients with acute and chronic pain.
- Perform history and physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Manage medications, including narcotics, per established guidelines.
- Assess patients for interventional procedures such as injections, nerve blocks, and spinal cord stimulator placement.
- Perform trigger point injections, Botox/Dysport injections, and removal of temporary SCS leads.
Work is outpatient, in a private practice setting, with benefits including 401(k), matching, insurance, continuing education, malpractice coverage, and paid time off. Requires a Master’s degree, RN license, and preferred certification as a Nurse Practitioner. Salary ranges from $112,000 to $130,000 annually.
