Seeking a full-time Pain Management Nurse Practitioner in Warwick or South Kingstown, RI, with no weekends, holidays, or call.
Provide advanced nursing and medical pain management for patients with acute and chronic pain.
Conduct history and physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results.
Manage medications, including narcotics and non-narcotics, following established guidelines.
Assess patients for interventional procedures such as epidural injections, nerve blocks, TENS, spinal stimulator placement, and radio-frequency ablation.
Perform trigger point injections, Botox/Dysport injections, and remove temporary SCS leads.
Work is outpatient, in a private practice setting, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm. Benefits include 401(k), matching, health and dental insurance, paid time off, and continuing education reimbursement. Requires a Master’s degree and RN licensure; NP certification preferred.
