We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an interest in Oncology to join our expanding team.
As an advanced practice provider, you will deliver medical oncology and hematology care in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals, primarily in the hospital setting.
Your responsibilities include rounding on hospitalized patients and consulting on new oncology or hematology diagnoses.
The ideal candidate has strong assessment and communication skills, is friendly and approachable, and enjoys working with adult cancer patients.
Requirements include a Master’s degree, Virginia licensure and prescribing authority, and 1-2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting. Oncology experience is preferred but not mandatory.
