Role: An experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant is sought to join an urgent care team.
Responsibilities: Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as sore throats, earaches, sinus infections, flu, and urinary tract infections. Provide routine health exams, immunizations, screenings, and wellness services. Work autonomously with limited administrative duties, utilizing a collaborative approach with physicians and access to extensive healthcare resources.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum six months of primary care, emergency, urgent care, or critical care experience. Physician Assistant candidates need ARC-PA approved education, NCCPA certification, and PA licensure. Nurse Practitioner candidates require certification from an approved program, eligibility for national certification, and PA licensure. Bachelor’s degree for PAs is required; Master’s preferred.
