We are seeking a certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our outpatient addiction treatment team in Taos, NM. No prior addiction medicine experience is required, as training will be provided. The role involves providing clinical assessments, prescribing and monitoring Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT), conducting comprehensive evaluations, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include patient education, follow-up care, documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates should have a Master’s or Doctoral degree, valid licensure in NM, and at least 1 year of clinical experience, with some background in addiction or behavioral health preferred. Strong assessment skills, communication, and a commitment to underserved populations are essential. This full-time/part-time position offers benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off. The work is clinic-based, with some telehealth, Monday through Friday, 8:30-4:30pm.
