Seeking a qualified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years’ experience to provide compassionate care in a pain management setting across two VA locations.
Conduct patient interviews, physical exams, and review radiology reports to develop individualized treatment plans.
Order, interpret diagnostic tests, and educate patients on results and management strategies.
Prescribe therapy and medications following practice guidelines, and assist with pain procedures such as injections.
Ensure thorough documentation, maintain licensing, and practice in compliance with regulations.
Travel between Suffolk and Chesapeake, VA, with no weekend or after-hours duties.
