Role: 1099 Nurse Practitioners (NPs) conducting in-home health assessments for various health plans.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-scheduled assessments using pre-populated forms and structured workflows. Complete visits, submit forms, and conclude tasks without treatment plans or follow-up calls. Manage a high volume of assessments across multiple regions, with opportunities for increased earnings based on commitment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active, unrestricted state NP license and board certification (FNP, AGNP, or ANP). Reliable personal transportation. Willingness to work a minimum of 60 hours/month. New grads are welcome, no prior experience required.
