As a key team member, you will conduct patient assessments, develop and manage treatment plans related to hormone optimization, weight management, and wellness, and provide patient education.
Qualifications include an Indiana NP license, experience in hormone therapy or functional medicine preferred, strong clinical and communication skills, and a passion for patient wellness.
