Nurse Practitioner

This full-time on-site Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role in Phenix City, AL, involves providing medical care to geriatric residents in skilled nursing facilities.

Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, manage chronic and acute conditions, and prescribe treatments within scope.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, order diagnostic tests, and provide resident and family education.

Maintain accurate documentation and participate in quality improvement efforts.

Requirements: AL licensure and board certification, geriatric care experience preferred, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and travel regionally.
